We are proud to share that our Physical and Health Education teacher, Mr. Jared, has secured a charity place to run the 2026 TCS London Marathon as part of Team WWF. This remarkable achievement not only represents a significant personal challenge, but also creates an opportunity to bring meaningful connections between sustainability, health, and global citizenship into the heart of our school community.
Mr. Jarez chose to run for WWF, inspired by their global impact and their established partnership with Globeducate. WWF’s mission to protect nature and create a sustainable future resonates strongly with the values promoted across our schools, making this initiative a powerful way to unite education with action.
By taking part in the London Marathon, Mr. Jared is determined to demonstrate to students the benefits of leading a healthy, active lifestyle while also highlighting the importance of standing up for the planet. The challenge offers an inspiring example of how perseverance, commitment, and compassion can come together to drive positive change.
As part of this charity place, Mr. Jared has committed to raising a minimum of £2,500 to support WWF’s vital conservation work. Globeducate, along with our wider school community, will play a key role in raising awareness and supporting this important cause.
