Secondary PE & Maths Teacher Completes the London Marathon in Impressive Time

Running as part of World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF), Mr. Jared described the day as a fantastic experience. He shared how the incredible atmosphere and encouragement from the crowds helped carry him through the race, making all the hours of training truly worthwhile.

The event was made even more special by the presence of teachers and students who came out to support him along the route. Their cheers, alongside the energy of the wider crowd, played a huge role in keeping spirits high throughout the marathon.

Jared is also nearing an important milestone in his fundraising efforts. He has raised £2,325, reaching 93% of his £2,500 target, and is now just £175 away from his goal.

Reflecting on the experience, Mr. Jared said he is “absolutely thrilled” to have achieved his target time and expressed heartfelt thanks to everyone who has supported him—whether through donations or by cheering him on during the race.
