Beyond the Classroom

Inspiration inside and outside of the classroom

At ICS London we believe there are four key elements that comprise a complete education:

  1. Educational excellence
  2. Global readiness
  3. Education in values
  4. Extra-curricular activities

While our academic standards are second to none, learning is about much more than what happens in the classroom. In helping our students become global citizens who will shape the world, we encourage them to step beyond the academic curriculum to find activities that will aid in their development as people and better prepare them for the world of tomorrow.

Student Council, Conferences and Sports Competitions

Wherever a student's passions lie, ICS London offers activities to stimulate and engage.

Our Student Council encourages students to take an active role in key decisions affecting their school lives, while our Model United Nations helps them develop a global perspective.

Our Primary and Secondary Football teams compete against students from other London international schools at local football dodgeball tournaments.

In 2020, students travelled to the University of Nottingham to engage in the Independent Schools Association Football tournament, competing nationally at the under-16 age level.

Globeducate International Events

As a small community school that's also a member of Globeducate, our students get the best of both worlds: a school that feels like family with the wider benefits and connections of a much bigger institution.

Students have the opportunity to take part in an exciting array of international events hosted by schools within the Globeducate network.

These events are always fantastic ways to celebrate diversity, learn creative problem-solving, foster leadership skills, and of course, have fun.
