Safeguarding at ICS London
What is Safeguarding?
Safeguarding is the action we take to promote the welfare of children and protect them from harm or maltreatment. This includes physical and mental health and general wellbeing.
Safeguarding includes the internet and online content, conduct and contact - including social media.
Some examples of actions we take as a school:
- A robust PSHRE (Personal, Social, Health and Relationships Education) programme.
- Online filtering and monitoring of school internet networks and devices.
- Workshops to support holistic development.
ICS London treats Safeguarding at the highest priority. All our staff receive annual Safeguarding Training.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility at ICS London.
